UFC NEWS: Johnson vs. Barao, Yamamoto vs. Cariaso official for UFC 130

The UFC has confirmed two more fights for the May 28 UFC 130 event, coming to the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Demetrious "Mighty Mouse" Johnson and Renan Barao will now meet on that card, instead of The Ultimate Fighter 13 Finale which they had initially been slated for, and Norifumi "Kid" Yamamoto will return to action against Chris Cariaso.

Johnson and Barao enter the fight on winning streaks, with Johnson posting three straight, including consecutive wins over Damacio Page and Yamamoto. Barao has won two fights under the Zuffa banner, submitting two opponents in the WEC.

Yamamoto, the longtime Japanese featherweight star, looks to bounce back from his loss to Johnson in his UFC debut. Cariaso split two appearances in the WEC, but made a successful UFC debut in January with a win over Will Campuzano.

UFC 130 is headlined by the Lightweight Championship bout between Frankie Edgar and Gray Maynard.
